　これからご紹介するノウハウは『起業1年目のお金の教科書』今井孝著　かんき出版より　抜粋しております。とても大切な事ばかりなので、備忘録として書いていきます。

　全ての項目に『1年目からお金に困らない人は』をつけて読んでください。

1年目からお金に困らない人は、『0円でどこまでできるか試す』

例えば「カフェをやりたいけどお金がなくて何もできない」という方がいらっしゃいます。では、お金持ちの方からたまたま『おもしろそうだから一千万円お貸ししますよ』と言われたらどうでしょう？
　え、え、これから場所をさがします。商品をさがします。となるんじゃないでしょうか？お金がなくてもできたことは山ほどあるはず。

あと、よくあるケースが「あの機械を導入さえすれば利益を生み出してくれる」など、あれさえあればやってくれるという様な考え方です。
　私もまさにそうでした、「高性能なカメラを買わなければ」「ドローン」も「ライト」もと、まず揃えてからでないと前に進めないと勘違いしていました。
できることはたくさんあるのです。
　いや、まずやらなければならない事の方がたくさんあり、重要なのです。

『お金をかけずに出来ることは無限にある』
　

開業手続きは本当に必要となるまでしない

「法人化はするべき？」
個人事業主としてやっていくためにはまず必要だと考えてしまうかも知れません。
　ルールや手続きはもちろん重要な事ではありますがそのために時間を割くのはとてももったいないです。


　今やるべきなのは自分の価値を創造する事なので、開業手続きについで勉強したり、法人化に悩む時間があるのなら一人でも多くの人に役に立ち、1円でも多く稼ぐことに集中すべきです。
　実際、開業手続きは税務署で1枚書類を提出するだけで終わってしまいます。
法人化も必要に迫られるまでしなくても大丈夫です。

『起業当初は経理や税務は周辺業務』

本来、ルールや手続きはあなたを支配し服従させるものではなく、ビジネスを円滑に進めるためのものです。

自分を動かすことにお金をかける

「ノウハウがないから成功しない」「やり方さえわかれば」など自分自身にブレーキをかけてしまうことがよくあります。まさに私もこれで、機械同様ノウハウや資格、知識など身につけてないと動けないと勘違いしてしまうことです。

なんと、「大きな壁は「自分」だということに気がつきます」

　「融資は申し込みましたか？」「いや、まだです」
「チラシは作りましたか？」「デザインで悩んでます」
「お客様は増やしていますか？」「いや、まだ商品が完璧でないので」など、自分で自分をフルブレーキングです。ビジネスが動きだすはずがありません。

「自分の行動からしかお金は生まれない」

　完璧主義に陥ったり、まだ価値がない気がしていたり、失敗の恐怖だったり。
　自分が行動できない理由はまさにこれで、とてもグサッときます。これらが原因で何年いや、何十年も踏み出せなかったのですから。とても恥ずかしいです。

なので、「自分を動かすためにお金を使う」のがおすすめ。

　例えば、自分一人ではだらだら過ごしたり、考えすぎたりしてしまうところをビジネスコーチをつけたりセミナーに参加するなど、自分の意思だけに頼ってしまう様なやり方の方向性を変えると良いです。
「そんなことで良いのか！」とか「あの人のために頑張ろう」など、一人ではまず浮かばない様な発想に気づけます。
　うまくいっている起業家はグループで作業することが多い様です。出来る人ほど自分の精神力を過信しないようです。

数字に命を吹き込む

美味しいスイーツを食べた時の笑顔、仕事の効率や売上が上がった、長い間悩んでいたことが好転したなどのメールをいただくと、この仕事をしていて良かったなどの喜びを感じるはずです。やはり多くの人はお客様の喜びのために仕事をしているはずです。

　数字を毛嫌いしてしまう人は多いです。数字に追われる毎日になってしまっては何のために起業・独立したのかわかりません。
　そこで、数字をプラスにとらえるための考え方として「明日、5人の笑顔を増やそう」など、自分のやる気に具体性を持たせるのです。
　いきなり1000人に喜んでもらう！というより具体的で実現可能な領域です。

自分のお金の恐怖心をらかじめ知る

今お金がいくらあるかよりお金にどれくらい恐怖心を持っているかの方が影響は大きい。
　自分の銀行口座に100万円ないと不安な人もいれば、数万円しかなくても平気な方はいます。一時的に赤字になっても経営者の精神が安定していて、しっかりとした判断と行動ができれば最後にはうまく行くものです。

お金に対する恐怖の正体は、シンプルには「死の恐怖です」

まさに私にも当てはまります。
　今現在自分の銀行口座にある程度お金が入っていればそれだけで安心し、逆にどんどん減っていくと不安でたまらなくなります。不安どころか口座の残高ゼロイコール死みたいな感覚が私にありました。
　でもちょっと待てよ「死にはしない」なと思えると、途端に気分が楽になります。

　決して銀行残高ゼロは死刑宣告ではないのです。

恐怖をコントロールできるとお金もコントロールできる
